We want that the code between the START-label and the Transient-Label
stay resident after we terminate with ah=31h. In DX we need the number of
paragraphs to keep resident.

1 paragraph = 16 Byte

Below this resident part we place the initialisation that we only need
one times and so this part can be free when we done.
