JWasm v1.9

JWasm v1.9 is available. See

What's new? It's faster, better and fatter than v1.8 and supports the
ELF output format. Also, there's a Linux binary supplied.

A Linux X sample, which I found here at ATA - written by Frank Kotler
- was converted to Masm syntax and included to the download packages.
