[RE] Block Memory Copy

I know this question has been asked many many times before but I couldn't
find the thread were it was asked.
Is there any "speed optimized" way to transfer blocks of data (1 byte and
up)? I know that there are ways to do it with both REP MOVSx, SSE, MMX and
the FPU but how...
