If you have the $$$ (400 of them, to be more precise), IDA
(http://www.datarescue.com) would do the job very nicely. I beleive there's
a freeware version too (http://www.themel.com/ida.html), but I'm not sure of
its capabilities. Another commercial option is the DOS disassembler Sourcer.

I don't know how it compares to IDA though.

I'm sure there's some other DOS disassemblers out there (ndisasm for
example) but I'm not sure how good any of them are.
