What is the current most recommended book on ASM programming? Well,
essential book if you like. I need a book that is aware of Pentium III, 4,
Athlon MP/XP (probably it would be too early to ask about Opteron) and their
microarchitectures, rather than a book focusing on pecularities of MS-DOS
    days programming for i286?
