I've been trying to follow what's being called what at Intel's
site but it's very confusing. I think I'm just going to forget
about the Katmai, Prescott names and such.
The core identity definitely seems to be a little less ambiguous.

So even though you've mentioned that PentiumPro, Pentium II,
Pentium III all use the P6 core, I'm going to ask for a double
confirmation. :-) Alot of this just seems backwards / totally
upside down. And Intel doesn't seem to be very consistant on
their website. So there is no P1, P2, or P3 ?
Doing searches for P7 turns up information about pins on
various processors. P6 turns up the same information plus
a ton of other stuff.
