Problems with Earthlink news server

I've noticed that Earthlink's news servers are only receiving about
10% of the posts to CLAX lately. As Earthlink isn't having a problem
with other newsgroups (including moderated ones), I'm wondering if the
problem isn't on the CLAX end?

I seem to be able to post just fine. However, I rarely see what I post
without going to Google.
