I know C language, but I am an absolute beginner with Assembly. But now I
"must" learn Assembly. I have choosen to learn assembly in Linux OS, for
most of the time I use Linux, now. I would like to learn assembly as if I
were learning mathematics, where noting is assumed. But Assembly is taught
as if one already knows why things are like that, as if had to make a
faith leap. Maybe I am wrong, I know boolean algebra, computer
arithmetics, I like to program in C, Pascal, Basic, Prolog, Lisp, PHP,
Fortran and many other languages, but I have always been unable to
understand Assembly languages, or, X86 Assembly languages. It is true that
I neved have devoted a lot of time to it, for every time I decided to
    start to learn, I stopped.
I think your book is very good, but I am not able to use it, now, for me
it is an advanced level. I would have preferred that you had put a
section describing interaction between Linux OS and NASM, a section
describing in great details segments and other assembly conventions, may
be more simple examples, for people like to, absolute beginners. You know,
it is difficult to find a lot of materials about Asm programming, and what
is found assumes that you already know the basis.
