No, it isn't. Disassembling has nothing to do with copying,
necessarily. If I bought the application, it's power to the people to
reverse engineer it if I need to.
The EULA might prohibit disassembling, but I don't *think* the law has
decided that they are totally acceptible to place such restrictions on
the user.
In other words, leave me alone, I can do what I want.
