MMX application notes

Hello everyone,
I don't know if I'm writing an obvious question... but after all my
researches in the web and in the groups I was not able to find the MMX
application notes.
I remember that in the past they were made available from Intel and
they covered several subjects like IDCT, alpha blending, gouraud
shading, bitstream parsing, etc.
Do you know where they can be downloaded?
By the way, I'm talking about the *oldest* application notes (like my
PC, it is an old Pentium 200MHz with MMX technology).
