MS warns in the documentation that the user is not entitled to
distribute any program written with the Learning Edition. As you have
become aware by now, if you are using it, at runtime a window with a
bell pops up warning you again not to distribute the program. I found
this very typically MS poison pill so annoying that I stopped using it
and sold my copy for $10. The buyer thought he had found a great
bargain. :-)
