Logic in equality and assignment

Maybe this is considered a "strange" question but anyway...

Wouldn't it be more logic to do "!==" instead of "!=" for "not equal to"
considering the implication of assignment in the second case?, the same goes
for the other operators.. Or am I missing something here ?
