static linking

Hi,

i use the qt3-windows-porting from cygwin with the Borland C++ 5.5 Free
Command-line Tools. Well qt3 is linked static, but the c/c++ from BCC55 not
(exe requieres cc3255.dll or cc3255mt.dll). How can i link these dll's
statik? Whats the flag for that under windows?
