You misunderstand. Of course it can be written in C, as illustrated in
Koenig's book. Who said otherwise?
As for the book title, "Traps and Pitfalls" books and articles have
been written for a number of languages and end-user programs. It does
not mean that C itself is a pitfall, just that there are pitfalls that
programmers can fall into, particularly novice programmers. This is
true of any language.
