    Thanks for responding. Well I am using VB6 for my app. And found that I
am unable to get a True notification if the web cam is in use without a
(Video Source) window popping up, the False works fine.
It was suggested to try VC group to find the answer.

OS - Windows XP Home and Pro
Web Cam - USB
I just need a (true/false) for my VB6 application with out the select video
source window coming up.

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
