secondary video output

I'm writing a C program for a PC with two monitors and need to direct
some output to my secondary video card but can find no instruction on
how to go about it. I'm using GRX as my graphic package but find no
mention in the help files regarding my problem

Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction where I might find
help?
