Unfortunately, you seem also to be new to Usenet. This newsgroup only deals with the C language, not with implementations, programming tools etc.
If you have no clue at all, wikipedia.org may be a good first address. The article about C is IMO not perfect but if you want to know more about C, you can always ask here -- after reading the FAQ.
