clips NASA

hi all,

i have downloaded copy of clips tool but it was downloaded very long
back.but the tool is executing very slow.i want my application to run
within 20 ms and give the results to one more application after
processing the data.

i did not find any newsgroup for clips...has it become obsolete?
can anyone please reply how to make this tool execute faster in order
to use it in my real time application.
