You shouldn't really count comp.lang.c.moderated. If you're wondering
why, just try monitoring it for a while. The moderation delays are quite
frustrating, almost as frustrating as the trolls which infest this
newsgroup.
Aww, that sounds like a case of the little killfile that wouldn't go.
If you're still having trouble with the granularity of your killfile,
perhaps shoot Eric Sosman an email and ask him for advice. As far as
I can tell, he's the only one on this newsgroup who has succeeded
in ignoring me and, I suspect, killfiling me. It's not rocket science.
If there were more Eric Sosmans around, trust me, I'd quickly grow
bored. But I'm having too much fun on this newsgroup.
Why doesn't someone suggest that some of the topicality cops on this
NG apply to be co-moderators on that NG. They obviously have the time
on their hands to do the task.
Because they'd be the only ones posting there. They're also fully aware
of how popular comp.lang.c.iso or comp.lang.iso-c would be, with
Heathfield discussing his error-message generator and tic-tac-toe
game.
I get a real kick on this newsgroup. I've been here almost three months.
There's this game Keith introduced to me where I try to get the cops
here to reply either to me or to someone else about me. It's very fun
to play.
