You've had the answers from here, an example

Which was rather example "how to use socket" - which is... well
-something I already knewn.

and redirection to
appropriate groups.

May I ask for any of the official documents what this group is about and
why it is not appropiate? All I found is "Discussion about C." - which
is - well - rather broad (this thread is about programming in C - using
some interfaces).

If such documents are showned - then I will apologise for writing on
a wrong group.

Have you looked into either?

Yes - the example. However:
1. As far as example is concerned - I read it on msdn & co. The example
- while useful in general - is useless for me as I asked about specific
problem with datagrams[1] - not how to use BSD Sockets/Winsock2 on basic level.
2. As far as groups are concerned I prefere to not cross-post before it
will be shown that this group is not appropiate (about which there is
disagreement). Especially since I receive an useful answers.

[1] With conection-based protocols - as TCP used in examples - there is
no problem.
