I was in the past a Clipper programmer but there is not much work
for Clipper programmers these days. So, I decided to learn COBOL and
I was interested to know a couple of things. What is the most prevalent
COBOL flavor these days? I just downloaded the Fujitsu compiler and
manual and plan to spend a couple of months with it. Second question,
can I expect to find a job as probably a COBOL maintenance programmer when
I get up to speed?
Thanks
