Hello all!
My name is David Olivadoti. I wrote a product called FDChart to map
COBOL File Descriptions because I always miscounted the bytes. In
1999, I sold the rights to a North Carolina company who did nothing
with it. In 2003, I was able to buy back the rights to license it.
To celebrate, I have placed a free, 16 bit shareware version of
FDChart on my website, www.olivadoti.com. Although it is limited to
200 fields, it is still a useful documentation tool for smaller FDs.
Please try the free version and tell me what you think.
If you have larger FDs or working storage members you need mapped, you
may purchase a full version. It is newer, may be used with all
directory names, has 'tool tips' and 'real' online help, and works on
FDs with up to 6000 names.
I welcome suggestions on what you would like to see FDChart improved.
Thank you for your time.
