We are a small company without an IT department and I am using CS2000 with DOS and I have a real problem. I have no technical support as the company we bought software from no longer supports this program. I have a message in payroll when I try to process. The message reads "conflicting procedure - Print Checks" I unreleased payroll and redid and still received same message. I tried unlocking batch but got same message. I also cannot release any AP or AR. I get the same message. We will pay you for your time and expertise if you can help us resolve this problem. As you can see I am currently unable to process anything. We would be most appreciative if you could help.
