Richard, that brings up a thought, relative to the OO threads now ongoing.
What about those Universal Object References Thane was mentioning, in
this context? I can see where you could potentially get a very different
result from early and late binding in this case. In one case the compiler
knows, in the other it doesn't. Implementation might be a bit tricky.
No criticism of OO here, it is the ramifications of the concept that I'm
curious about. :-)
