You still show difficulty in understanding my position, because you make
unwarranted assumptions about my lack of experience and/or ability to
understand. :-)
I totally agree that use of mainframes is declining and will continue to
do so. I just think throwing them all away immediately when the system
that replaces it may be no better, or even inferior, is dumb.
