Not in the short term, I shouldn't think.
It certainly COULD be.
Data on hours worked can be collected directly and/or indirectly. A
"current" payslip with all deductions can be produced as an electronic image
at the same time. At a scheduled time, a transaction to "print", "post" or
otherwise bring this document from Virtual Reality into Real Reality could
be activated.
It just needs imagination.
