Why would the SELECT specify 'WITH DUPLICATES' if having a duplicate
alternate key was an 'application error' ?
Given that without this clause the file status would return '22' which
is a real error then I find your note rather puzzling.
A file status of '02' is only an 'application error' if the file is
wrongly designed.
