SHARE members - LNGC possible requirement

One of the features that I will probably be creating a SHARE requirement
requesting is the new,
    POWERFUL - but COMPLEX
VALIDATE facility.

In order to give "you all" a better idea of what it does and how it does it, I
have put the ISO 2002 Standard "Concepts" section out on my web site.

A) Does this give you a sufficient "glimpse" into this feature so that you can
(intelligently) vote on it?

B) Do you agree that it is worth pursuing - at least to the discussion (and
probably) voting stage?

If you would like more "tutorial" or "example" information, I may have a source
that could provide it for us.
