    We're looking for a contractor in Orange County CA with experience
    implementing a Micro Focus .NET application. Initially it will be to create
    a prototype, then if the project is approved, a production version of the
    system. A unique offering to the wireless industry, it will not be just
    another boring job. If we cannot find someone here, we will consider
