If you want a laugh, check out the "National Cyber Security" link in the
April 28th edition of The Onion (http://www.theonion.com). My favorite
quote is in the middle left - "Maybe outsourcing all those programming
jobs to Afghanistan was a bad idea." :)

(They've made it so you can't link directly to their stuff - you'll have
