I don't have practical experience with this OO-COBOL, since I do not
have a Unisys machine to lay my hands on. I have to rely only on the
manuals (4 volumes) which I downloaded from the Unisys documentation
site. I'm interested since I was employed by Sperry and Unisys for 13
years.
But I understand that the PC-based program starts the transfer
itself. This is described in volumes 3 and 4 of the OO-COBOL manuals.
