I knew this would be a tricky one so didn't jump in. I was more in
accord with Michael - 1601 - James I(England) aka James VI(Scotland) -
King of England, Scotland and Wales. I think there was a reference to
1707 - that I think ties in with the Hanoverian Georges - and I *think*
that's the date for the 'Union Flag' (Union Jack) - that from initiation
into Boy Scouts. (Anybody catch the two-part mini-series on Mary Queen
of Scots and James her son - I already knew he was, but they
concentrated on the fact that he was AC/DC and those wretched catholics
and their Gunpowder Plot - pity they failed :-) ). 'Remember, remember
the fifth of November' - Guy Fawkes Night is just around the corner.

During Victoria's reign not sure - She was Empress of India and the
United Kingdom which of course included southern Ireland until it became
the Eire republic in 192?.

Guess you're right. The first reference I hit when googling was the CIA
! They gotta be right ! Perhaps I'll now check their site for
WMDs.............. or perhaps Rummy's implementation of the Powell
Doctrine, (having served two bitter tours in Viet Nam) - "A government
using armed intervention must have a political plan, and a military
objective which includes an EXIT PLAN".

Can anybody give me a quick link on Dubya's or Rummy's EXIT PLAN ??????
