Not more than any other feature in the 2002 standard, and in my opinion it
wouldn't take much to provide it in an implementation that already had EXIT
PERFORM

Which ability? The ability to do an EXIT PERFORM CYCLE in an out-of-line
PERFORM? Yeah, I think I'd argue for that, unless (again) somebody can
convince me it's a bad idea!
