Unfortunately you tend to post your opinions as if they were facts,
which obviously you _think_ that they are, and generally post factoids
which resemble facts but aren't.
For example your misinformation about OO. For example about 90% of
what you said about 64bit.

Code is code. In many cases it would work on Mainframes as well as it
does on PCs or Unix and it would be difficult from looking at a code
snippet whether it was 'mainframe', 'PC' or other.
Of course if it were platform specific, and thus recognisably
non-mainframe because it used extensions, then it would be, IMHO,
_bad_ code.
But mainframe code is generally written by employees or under contract
and is not owned by the author. This presents problems due to
copyright. Students, hobbiests and self employed tend to work using
PCs and own the copyright on the code they write. Thus more PC code
is very likely to be presented here.
It seems that once again you start with some conclusion (in this case
something about 'unrevealed' mainframe code) and then attempt to fit
'facts' to suit.
