Well Peter, the United states president now has the right to jail any
person, with no charges, no lawyer, no trial, for any length of time he
wishes. So do his officials. He claims that to be a world-wide right,
regardless of country the person is in, or the citizenship of that
person. In Canada, we have had Canadian citizens kidnapped and shipped
to Saudia Arabia by american secret police.
As someone that live 150 miles from the border that concerns me somewhat.
