I'm blind and I need to write a COBOL program for an IBM mainframe. I
haven't written COBOL in years but that's another story...
Because I'm blind, I need to edit the source code on a machine with a
screen reader. Often on linux or unix machines, I can map a share via samba
and use the editor on my Windows PC. But sometimes I edit a file locally
and use FTP to post changes to the target machine.
What options do I have on an IBM mainframe?
