I see us as 'caretakers' of it...

(Aside: I eat meat and enjoy it, including fish and chicken. But, I always
respect the fact that these animals died so I could eat them, and I always
endeavour to cook them in a manner (as deliciously as possible) that gives
some meaning to their death -- 'they died in a good cause' <g>) There have
been occasions when I have caught and killed animals for food (including
chickens). I don't enjoy it, endeavour to make it as quick and painless as
possible, and have been known to mumur an apology to the life form
concerned. - I know it doesn't matter to the animal, but it makes me feel
better... A genuine respect for life does not persuade me against abortion
or euthanasia. It all comes down to circumstances and the greatest good.).

Absolutely. The trouble is in deciding what is 'inaccurate'. It can be
argued that when we are discussing opinions, all of it is inaccurate,
insofar as it is at least arguable.
