And exactly how would a visually impaired user - using a "screen to sound"
reader use this system?
Although the page I pointed you to was for HTML, the same issues are important
for those designing ALL "user interfaces". If you would like me to do some
more searches for articles more "relevant" to Windows API's and persons with
disabilities, I can do so.
Again, I understand that you are still in a "learning stage" - but this is an
IMPORTANT area for those creating all types of user interfaces to think about
(sooner than later).
