Hmmmmm... sounds like a system that's outgrown its original specs and has
been patched and prodded and 'all ya gotta do is'd' until nothing more
along those lines will work.

Sure... and I'll give it to you for free, too. It is a single word of
eight letters, it starts with 're', ends with 'design' and has been
defined as 'to revise in appearance, function or content'.
