Re: Microfocus MFExpress Cobol listing

Are you still playing with this problem?

Send me an e-mail tomorrow at my work and I will look and see in my
microfocus net express if the listing can be printed.

Another thing you might try is if you have a unix machine you can ftp the
file to send the listing to the unix machine, you probably have a hex editor
on the unix machine and see what the characters are that are causing the
problem. On a listing it should be nothing more than a carriage return. We
have a utility on our unix machine to strip out those characters and just
turn it into a line sequential file.

My work e-mail is charles@xxxxxx

One last thing. Is there a reason you are working so hard to see the
listing file? Any error you encounter will be listed to the ide and you
don't have to look in the listing. I have yet to look at a net express
listing file in about 2 years of working with it.
