I had not noticed your proposition for dis-establishment of Church from
State. I am of a similar mind with regard to the UK. I am having
difficulty keeping up with this thread and, given the size of Judson's
rebuttals, I am amazed that there is enough time in the day so I am not
surprised if he has missed (as opposed to choosing to ignore) your
calls.

I suspect that those who would oppose dis-establishmentarianism do so
because, in part, they need the support of the state to ensure
continuance of their theology.
