Of course we do. Was there any doubt in *your* mind ?

Well, some of them argue that it's the TR that underlies the KJV NT that's the actual words -- which of course begs Eusebius' assertion of an original Gospel "in the Hebrew language" written by the apostle Matthew ...

TR..? Hmmm. Is that where you J4 people picked the idea up from ?

while Catholics _know_ is was Latin.

That's what 'Faith' does for yer.

Well, not so much since September 30, 1943, according to "Divino afflante Spritu", written by some guy who used to be called Eugenio Maria Giuseppe Giovanni Pacelli but shortened it to Pius XII on March 2, 1939. Keep up, won't you? ;-)

Well ....... it was that little chubby guy John XXIII who really screwed it all up. Skippy, how many English translations of the mass have you gone through in the States. I can think of at least four in the UK, discounting what went on in Germany initially. Then to get really 'with it', dump the melodious Gregorian chant and substitute that with very indifferent 'TV hymns' accompanied by a geetar - Banjo Mass is my own definition - and why I no longer go. I figure if you are going to come out of a church raging mad over the changes, then there was no point going there in the first place. But you can still be a *believer*.
