BTW, It also depends on the project size, but I have a product with about
600 COBOL programs +30 ASM and Ideally it should have the team described
above to upgrade against the changing environment(s) under which it must
run. I am the sole developer and maintainer.

Product requires OS390, Z/os, CICS, TSO, SPF, IMS, DB2, +other MVS
utilities and subsystems. And must support all current versions.

I could do a lot more with a larger team, but I get by with just myself.
