173 Called program not found in drive/directory

Hi Everybody,

I'm trying to run a microfocus cobol program and calling a "C" routine.
When I try to reach the "C" routine inside the mf cobol program thru
animator, I encounter this msg - 173 Called program not found in
drive/directory.
SHLIB_PATH is set /opt/microfocus/cobol/lib
COBDIR is set /opt/microfocus/cobol
I'm stuck at this point, unable to move forward....Any suggestions.
