Macaroni and cheese (pasta in a thick cheese sauce) - a common American side dish, often a favorite of school-age children. That last part was not pointed at anyone.

heh heh heh - sure.... ;) My kids like Kraft EasyMac - but they won't eat the type of macaroni and cheese that we had. It was baked in the oven. It was really good!
