txm decode

Hi folks!

In my business i've a operative program that it use TXM file.
i'd like decode these files for see it (and modify it).

If i open TXM files i see many clean text and more unintelligible charset :-(

The operative programs is builded 16bit and works on windows98

What i'll use to do it?
