Wouldn't it be true - generically speaking - that there is nothing that
can't be done with "less than 64-bit" technology, it's just that certain
things - and perhaps many things - could be done much faster and/or
'cleaner' WITH 64-bit technology? (e.g., 31 decimal digit arithmetic).
