Using IBM MF SCLM?

Hi, Folks,
I've been tasked by my manager to look at Software Configuration
Manager (SCM) products for our Z/OS / COBOL / CICS / DB2 shop which is
maintaining and enhancing a legacy app of 1 million + LOC.
Have any of you encountered IBM's Software Configuration and Library
Manager (SCLM) product? IBM says it is _free_ with Z/OS, and is
Option 10 under ISPF. (It does not appear on our ISPF menu,
doubtlessly because it was not installed at ISPF configuration time.)
Here's a two page writeup from IBM:

Thoughts on how it compares to Endevor and other mainframe SCM
systems? Any thoughts or experience in converting over PDS's of
source, COPYLIBs, and JCLs into SCLM or any other SCM product?
I have some experience with PVCS in the client/server world, having
used it on a few projects, including a migration of a legacy MVS COBOL
app to client/server via CICS/NT and something called Interspace for
the middleware. PVCS worked pretty well. IBM says that SCLM can work
with both the 3270 screen interface (which we would probably use), but
also with a web interface if you couple it with something called SCLM
Suite (unsure if that is free too; probablyu not?)
Here's a couple of other docs I found on IBM that may be of
interest...
