With this style, I suspect the primary use of GO TO is as a GO TO
THIS-LOOP-EXIT.
You may also have them for program exits.
It is possible that you will see GO TO THIS-LOOP-TOP or GO TO
THIS-LOOP-MIDDLE. If these aren't mandated, you should be able to
avoid writing these.
