payroll and
personnel in their background, Navy is preferred. One MUST be a US Citizen.
All pay will be salaried or W2. This is a legitimate two to three year
contract. The monies have been approved and work has commenced.
Because of the length of this contract, one would probably live in the
area, there are
no expenses. What we offer is a stable long term assignment that offers a
44hr work wk.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking Functional/Systems Analysts with experience and knowledge of
military pay and personnel systems. This is a long-term contract position.
In this role, you will provide analysis and design support for the
Department of Navy pay and personnel system conversion project.
Qualifications:
a.. 8+ years of experience in Information Technology or 5+ years of IT
experience with a BS in Information Technology and at least two (2) of the
following disciplines: Systems Analysis, Systems Programming, Application
Programming, or Equipment Analysis
b.. Must have strong knowledge of military pay and personnel system
experience (Navy preferred).
c.. Applicant should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
d.. Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a collaborative
team environment.
e.. Knowledge of the full SDLC.
Preferred Skills:
a.. Experience with NSIPS, DIHMRS, DMO, DJMS, NROWS, IMAPIS, EMPRS or like
systems preferred.
b.. Knowledge of COBOL, MVS, and VSAM.
Other:
a.. Candidates must be able to pass National Agency Check (NAC).
b.. All candidates must be US Citizen's to apply.

rates, associated with the position(s) offered; doing otherwise leads
